You do not need to speak Dutch and you do not need experience. Choose morning, afternoon or evening shifts, from 1 hour a day up to full time.

What will you do?
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and entrance areas
- Keeping school buildings clean and safe for pupils and staff
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Wiping desks, door handles and other touch points
- Cleaning and restocking toilets and kitchens
- Emptying bins and taking out the rubbish
- Reporting anything unusual to your supervisor

How much do cleaners earn at Haagsehof?
You are paid under the Dutch cleaning industry collective agreement (CAO Schoonmaak). The hourly rate starts at €15,52 gross, depending on your experience and role. All other terms of employment follow the same agreement. We agree your exact pay at the interview.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
No. Basic English is enough to work with your supervisor and follow instructions. Many of our colleagues are internationals and we train you in English.
Do I need cleaning experience?
No. We train you at your workplace and you will not be sent out alone without a proper introduction. If you already have cleaning or housekeeping experience, you may start on a higher pay grade.
Do you have school cleaning jobs?
Yes. Besides offices, our cleaners look after schools in and around The Hague. Mention in your application that you would like to work at a school and we will look for a suitable location.
Is this a housekeeping job?
Our cleaners work in offices, schools and other commercial buildings rather than private homes. If you have housekeeping experience from a hotel or care setting, your skills transfer well and we would like to hear from you.
Can I choose my own hours?
Yes. You can work from 1 hour a day up to full time. There are morning, afternoon and evening shifts. We plan your work around your availability.
Where are the jobs?
We have jobs in The Hague, Rijswijk, Delft and Zoetermeer. We try to place you close to home, so tell us whether you travel by bike, public transport or car.
Do I need a work permit?
You must be legally allowed to work in the Netherlands. EU and EEA citizens do not need a work permit. If you have a non-EU residence permit, it must allow you to work. Not sure? Tell us your situation and we will check it with you. As a NEN 4400-1 certified company we check the right to work of every employee.
